Work With Me
I am a bodywork therapist (NCLMBT #13426) and somatic coach. I work individually with people to connect with their soul energy.
“I feel, therefore I can be free.”
–Audre Lorde
Your body and state of being is a site of deep wisdom.
When you listen to, breathe with, and move from this wisdom, you can experience radically transformative shifts in how you live and relate to life.
Connect with your direct, somatic experience and wisdom through bodywork therapy. My offering is informed by deep listening, somatic practices and embodiment coaching, myofascial and structural integration, meridian acupressure and energetics, biodynamic craniosacral therapy and palm healing, and both mindfulness and somatic meditation. Whether sitting together in a somatic inquiry or supporting a myofascial release on the massage table, my intention is to attune and attend to you as a whole. I'm here to meet you where you are and allow you to feel what is and what might want to happen next.
Meet life with more of yourself.
Live with more choice, pleasure, and possibility.
BODYWORK OFFERINGS
Working directly with the body can open profound physical, mental, and spiritual connection and health, especially if you experience chronic pain or confusing somatic symptoms. Each bodywork session is designed to support you with attention, curiosity, and care for your direct, felt experience. I draw from many different modalities and methods. Your appointment is reserving time with me, and whatever concern and intention you come with will guide the work we do together. Just let me know if you are interested in a specific offering.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle, mindfulness-based bodywork modality that nourishes your body’s wisdom and innate ability to recover from tensions, stress, and trauma. This hands-on work is offered fully-clothed on the massage table and uses gentle contact and deep listening on the musculoskeletal, fluid, and energetic levels.
WHAT TO EXPECT
– Intention Setting: You’ll share your intention for our work and begin to feel where that intention lives in the body. This often includes some more specific self-reflection or observation in support of your intention, and might include movement or guided somatic inquiry when appropriate.
– Treatment: The hands-on work includes gentle long contact of the joints, muscles, and arteries. It is common to feel deeply relaxed, even to the point of sleep or a meditative state. We will always go over and collaborate on what your treatment includes.
– Closing: Our time ends with space for observation and self-reflection as you begin to integrate the work. If available and requested, I may offer recommendations or guidance for your home practice.
There is no recommended frequency, though every 2-6 weeks can be supportive if you are moving through a deeper process or life transition. Schedule whenever you need support.

I practice a wide range of therapeutic massage modalities, with a slow and specific style that invites structural integration without causing additional pain – caring for your muscular tension patterns and the impacts on your nervous system at the same time. I take a whole-person, collaborative approach. Together we will work with your intention to skillfully notice your direct felt-sense, design treatments based on your intentions, and support your body’s ability to rest and recover.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each Session Includes:
– Intention Setting: You’ll share your intention for our work and begin to feel where that intention lives in the body. You have the opportunity to describe your physical state, including any chronic or acute pain as well as where you feel most physically connected with your intention.
– Treatment: The hands-on work is a slow, specific approach to myofascial release. We may also include active or passive movements, deeper compression, or other modalities based on your needs. It is common to feel deeply relaxed, even to the point of sleep or a trance-like state. We will always go over and collaborate on what your treatment includes.
Massage modalities I practice include: myofascial massage, cupping massage, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, thai massage, active mobilization, biodynamic craniosacral therapy, and acupressure.
– Closing: Our time ends with space for observation and self-reflection. If available and requested, I may offer recommendations or guidance for your ongoing self-care.
Recommended frequency based on your needs, generally every 2-6 weeks. It may take 6-9 months for noticeable myofascial shifts.

A supportive somatic process of coming into relationship and alignment with your whole self: mind, body, spirit, as well as social context and impact. We will work together to sense and connect with your body and state of being as a site of deep intelligence and transformation –building skills of internal and external resourcing along the way. You'll nurture the internal relationship needed to feel the ways situational, chronic, or traumatic stress impacts your body, how systems of oppression are operating within your body, and how to move from habitual reaction into choice. Your body is the guide.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our time together includes:
– Intention Setting and Embodied Awareness: This is usually offered seated or with guided movement. You will begin to articulate what is present and wanting attention.
– Feeling and Expressing: This is a continuation of your inquiry, with reflection and deepening. You’ll be invited to sense and feel into what wants your attention. We’ll slowly welcome what wants to be expressed, articulated, felt, moved. We can also transition to hands-on work. Hands-on work in this context is usually crainosacral therapy, lymphatic massage, or cupping. We will always go over the hands-on work or any somatic practices together before we begin for your consent.
– Observation and Closing: This is a pausing movement to acknowledge what needs to be acknowledged, and offer nourishment. This can include an assessment conversation, specific skill-building, and guidance for your home practice if you’d like.
I recommend scheduling a free consultation call prior to your first appointment and committing to a series or ongoing sessions based on your needs. (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly for a minimum of 6-9 months)
This work is therapeutic but not psychotherapy. I do not diagnose mental or physical health conditions.
Palm healing and readings are available by request only.
Schedule a consultation call if you'd like to discuss your needs.
“I recently came to the awareness of how trauma is stored in the body. After this year, I have the privilege of feeling things fully... the sorrow and the ache of grief AND the fullness and the depths of joy.”

My Approach
Integration of mind, body and spirit as well as social context and impact is at the heart my approach to bodywork and body-based practices. I take a whole-person, collaborative approach, blending several modalities and offering options to support what resonates with you the most. Together we will work with your intention to skillfully notice your direct felt-sense and support your body’s wisdom and innate ability for healing.
My approach to hands-on bodywork is often subtle or meditative, and invites deep rest. While the hands-on work can range from energetic nervous system support to deeper structural work, the quality of touch is specific and not meant to be painful or forceful. I work to create spaces to connect with, open, move through, and complete cycles in the body. And I offer somatic coaching as a way to support a more conscious relationship with yourself, nurturing compassionate presence and aligned action. This work is designed to nurture the internal resources needed to work with the impacts of chronic or traumatic stress, bringing awareness to how personal stressors and systems of oppression are operating within your body, and surfacing body-based options for shifting from habitual reaction into choice. When appropriate, I offer guidance in building the skills of internal and external resourcing to work with bodily memory, emotions, and stress responses.
Ongoing bodywork supports an increased sense of agency and connection in the body. Our work together can help you nurture a fulfilling relationship with yourself, the people around you, and this living world.
The body is a healing I am honored to witness. This work is a gift and a delight. I look forward to working with you.
“It has been so helpful to have Megan be a guide… encouraging me to breathe and make space to listen to my body. Her energy and practice are rejuvenating. She takes the time to get to know you, your body, and your intentions for each session.”
