Day 72 (Vulnerability hangover.)

There is a moment,

isn't it always there,

before what is next exists

before the surface tension

shifts, bursts, gives way to 

the emerging life. 

Feel your way there. 

Feel the tension in that moment 

and keep feeling, keep gasping for air. 

This pain is like growing. 

Today it is not pain at all,

just another form of joy.
